All jewellery is beautifully presented in our signature silver-coloured branded box, wrapped in tissue paper, and placed in a ribboned bag with a branded card for a special unboxing experience.
UK Delivery
- Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured and tracked.
- Next working day delivery for orders placed by 1 pm (excluding items requiring resizing or adjustments).
Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned within 3 working days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must include the original invoice and be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Alternatively, returns can be made in person at our Marmion Road Boutique.
- We do not accept liability for goods returned through non-tracked services.
- For exchanges, email us with your preferred item, and we’ll reserve it if in stock. The new item will be dispatched once the original item is received.
